Tosca Italian Restaurant at Double Tree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur presents a special homemade stuffed pasta promotion for your enjoyment from Sept 9 - 22.
Indulge yourself with a selection of homemade stuffed pasta namely ravioli, agnolotti, tortellini, cannelloni and rigatoni cooked to perfection by the Hotel´s Executive Sous Chef, Eric Siew.
Guests can taste a variety of homemade stuffed pasta specialty dishes such as Ravioli d´anatra e scamorza which is shredded duck ravioli served with scamorza cheese, duck jus and pineuts, Agnolotti di coniglio e salvia that consists of rabbit and sage agnolotti with roasted peppers, rabbit jus and Parmigiano Reggiano shavings.
There´s also Tortellini stinco d´agnello in brood, which is braised lamb shank tortellini served in lam broth with cannelli beans and aromatic vegetables, rigatoni di melanzane e mozzarella which is eggplant and mozzarella-filled rigatoni on fresh tomato juice are among the mouthwatering dishes.
This culinary delicacy is available for lunch and dinner at Double Tree by Hilton´s Italian Restaurant.
