Ingredients

600g prawns (shelled)

10g mushroom (sliced)

5g ginger (chopped)

3 slices dong guai

2g wolfberry

500ml Chinese cooking wine

200ml chicken stock

5g chicken stock powder

A pinch of salt

A pinch of sugar

A dash of fish sauce

[Measurement Equivalents]

Method

1. Fry chopped ginger in a wok until fragrant. Transfer to a claypot and add Chinese cooking wine and ginger. Bring to a boil.

2. Add dong quai, wolfberry and prawns. Simmer a few minutes and add the rest of the ingredients with the chicken stock.

3. Boil another five minutes and remove from stove. Serve with rice.

Tip: To make it even more delicious, use tiger prawns.
