Umai udang begitu popular di kalangan masyarakat di Sarawak. Pengurus Restoran Kotobian yang terletak di Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur, Khairul Bahriah, berkongsi resipi umai udang ringkas untuk dicuba.

Ingredients

Bahan
- limau kasturi
- bawang merah
- cili api atau cili merah dan udang yang dipotong dua

Method

Cara membuat:

1. Masukkan udang, bawang merah dan cili padi dalam satu mangkuk.

2. Masukkan limau kasturi yang siap dibelah kecil.

3. Perah air limau kasturi untuk meningkatkan aroma rasa masam.

4. Gaul rata sehingga adunan sebati.
