Ikuti langkah mudah penyediaan asam pedas ikan kembung yang dikendalikan Chef Nazaruddin Jamil dari Kafe Malaya.

Ingredients

Bahannya:

100 gram cili kering

5 ulas bawang merah

8 ulas bawang putih

2 inci kunyit hidup

2 batang serai

30 gram belacan

Minyak masak

Sedikit air

50 gram asam jawa

1 tangkai daun limau purut

10 biji bendi

300 gram ikan kembung

Method

  1. Masukkan cili kering, bawang merah, bawang putih, kunyit hidup dan belacan ke dalam mesin pengisar, kisar hingga halus.
  2. Panaskan minyak dan masukkan serai terlebih dulu.
  3. Masukkan bahan yang dikisar tadi dan gaul sebati.
  4. Tambahkan perahan air asam jawa dan sedikit air, biarkan selama lima minit.
  5. Masukkan daun limau purut dan bendi.
  6. Akhir sekali masukkan ikan, biarkan ia masak dan sebati dengan kuah.
