Ingredients
You´ll need: 300g skim milk 100g raw oats 200g hazelnut powder 50g wholemeal flour 450g dark chocolate 350g egg white 10g baking powder 20g milk powder
For ganache: 200g dark chocolate 200ml skimmed milk

Method
1. Mix all ingredients together and fill 15 cake moulds with the mixture (115g each).
2. Bake at 190C for 16 minutes.
3. To make ganache, break dark chocolate into pieces in a bowl. Heat milk until it comes to a boil. Pour over chocolate and stir until smooth.
4. Allow mixture to cool before pouring over cake as glaze. Use 25g ganache per cake.
