Ingredients

10g prawns
3 fish balls
6 slices fish cake
20g spinach
10g carrot (sliced)
10g beansprouts
1 packet fresh yellow noodle
1 shallot (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp chili paste
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
Salt and sugar to taste

Method

1. Heat the wok with cooking oil and fry the onion and garlic till fragrant.

2. Add prawn, fish ball, fish cake, chili paste and stir fry for a minute.

3. Put in fresh yellow noodle, spinach, carrot, beansprouts and fry for 1/2 minute.

4. Add oyster sauce, chili sauce and tomato sauce. Fry the noodle till evenly cooked.

5. Season with salt and sugar.
