Ingredients

Serves 10

600g squid. Slice into rings

2 big onions (Sliced)

20g ginger (Slice thinly)

2 tomatoes (Cut into wedges)

2 green chillies (Sliced)

1 stalk of curry leaves

50g seafood curry powder

20g tamarind (Mixed with water for paste)

Seasoning to taste

[Measurement Equivalents]

Method

1. Heat up a wok with some cooking oil.

2. Add in the prepared onions, ginger, tomatoes, green chillies and curry leaves and sautee till fragrant.

3. Add sliced squid and stir for a while.

4. Then add in the seafood curry powder and tamarind paste.

5. Season to taste and allow it to simmer for a while.

6. When cooked, remove the squid from the wok and serve.
