You´ll need:
700g beef tenderlion
4 cloves garlic, sliced
3 shallots, sliced
6 tbsp chilli paste
200ml tomato sauce
100g carrot
Salt & sugar to taste
For marinade
you´ll need:
2.5cm ginger
8 cloves garlic
3 shallots

METHOD |
|
1. Blend marinade ingredients. Then use to marinate the tenderloin and set aside.
2. Stir fry the sliced garlic and sliced shallots till fragrant. Then add the chili paste.
3. Stir in the marinated tenderloin and slow fry for 15 minutes till the tenderloin is cooked.
4. Add the carrot and the tomato sauce. Cook till the carrot turns soft.
5. Add salt and sugar to taste.
