Ingredients

250g butter

190g castor sugar

2 eggs

200g cornflour

200g self-raising flour

4 cups crushed cornflakes

1 tsp vanilla essence

[Measurement Equivalents]

Method

1. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Beat eggs lightly with fork and
add to butter mixture. Continue beating and add in vanilla essence.

2. Fold in flour and cornflour. Mix in crushed cornflakes.

3. Divide mixture into small balls and press top slightly.

4. Place on greased tray and bake in moderate oven.
