RAMAI yang kreatif menjadikan udang sebagai masakan menyelerakan. Nikmati rasa udang goreng serai sebagai pembuka selera.

Ingredients

300 gram udang segar
5 batang serai
10 ulas bawang merah
(dihiris halus)
5 tangkai cili padi
5 helai daun limau purut
4 sudu besar sos ikan
4 sudu besar mae pranom
(cili Thailand)
2 biji limau nipis
3 tangkai daun bawang
(dipotong 1 sentimeter)
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Method

1. masukkan sedikit minyak ke dalam kuali.

2. udang digaul bersama sos ikan dan air limau terlebih dulu.

3. masukkan udang dan goreng dalam api perlahan.

4. goreng bawang, diikuti daun limau purut.

5. gaul serai dan udang dengan sebati.

6. masukkan cili padi, akhir sekali masukkan mae pranom dan daun bawang,
    sedia dihidang.

Peringatan: Pastikan udang segar dengan meneliti isinya yang agak pejal atau keras
