1. Clean and peel prawns
thoroughly.
2. Remove head. Marinate the
prawns with ginger and rice wine for an hour or so.
3. Then, pat prawns dry with a
kitchen towel.
4. Dip prawns in flour (make sure
prawns are thoroughly coated with flour), then dip in beaten egg and lastly,
coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil and fry until golden brown.
Tip: This can be eaten as it is or sauteed with any sauce of your choice, or
use a ready-made sauce: go hot and spicy or sweet and sour, even chilli sauce
or mayonnaise would do.
