Ingredients

BAHAN:

1 kilogram daging rusa

200 gram halia

200 gram daun bawang

200 gram bawang putih

4/5 biji cili padi

Garam secukup rasa

Satu sudu kecil tepung jagung

Minyak untuk tumis

Method

CARA
MEMASAK:


1. Lembutkan dulu daging rusa sama ada secara goreng atau rebus mengikut
kesesuaian sebelum dimasak dan sebaik ia lembut, bawang yang ditumis dimasak
bersama daging rusa. Bubuh sedikit air kira-kira setengah cawan.



2. Kemudian cili api yang sudah dipecah dimasukkan bersama garam dan serbuk
perasa lalu masukkan tepung jagung dan dalam beberapa minit, ia boleh
dihidangkan.
