MethodCara membuatnya: * Ayam dipotong mengikut cita rasa. * Cili api, cili merah dan kunyit hidup ditumbuk hingga lumat, serai dititik serta bawang besar dimayang halus. * Masukkan ayam dan bahan yang sudah ditumbuk ke dalam periuk berserta bawang yang sudah dimayang, serai dan santan. * Masak hingga mendidih. * Masukkan pati santan, asam gelugur dan kerisik, kacau hingga rata. * Apabila ayam sudah empuk, masukkan garam secukup rasa. |
