Gulai masak tempoyak antara menu yang dihidangkan di Restoran Ikan Sungai

Ingredients

Bahan:

  • Ikan patin 500 gram
  • Cili api 200 gram
  • Bawang merah 150 gram
  • Kunyit sebesar ibu jari
(Semua bahan di atas dikisar)

  • Daun kunyit disiat-siat
  • Serai 5 batang
  • Bunga kantan sekuntum
  • Tempoyak 500 gram
  • Asam keping 100 gram

Method

Cara masak:
1. Semua bahan dimasukkan dalam periuk dan direbus.

2. Apabila kuah mendidih, masukkan ikan.

3. Banyak kuah bergantung kepada kadar pedas yang dikehendaki. Isi ikan empuk apabila mula mengeluarkan aroma yang menyelerakan iaitu antara 10 hingga 15 minit selepas dimasukkan ke dalam periuk.
