Come celebrate the Ramadan month at the Cinnamon Coffee House. Wide array of glorious traditional Malay specialties awaits diners.
Aptly themed Warisan Bonda, embark on a culinary journey savouring all-time Ramadan favourites and taste of mom´s home-cooked recipes.
Savouries and pickles are offered and these include Tempeh Ikan Bilis Berlada, Paru Goreng, Ikan Masin Talang, Acar Buah, Acar Rampai, Ikan Masin Sepat, Jeruk Kedondong, Jeruk Mangga Muda, Jeruk Pala, Lemang, Ketupat Palas, Nasi Himpit, Serunding Ayam and Serunding Ayam.
A wide range of Malaysian Sambals like Sambal Tempoyak, Sambal Budu, Sambal Belacan, Sambal Cincaluk, Sambal Hijau, Sambal Mangga Pedas and list goes on.
Not to be missed is the Aneka Kerabu Station serving Urap Pegagap Sari, Kerabu Kaki Ayam, Kerabu Udang with Glass Noodle, Kerabu Mangga Bunga Kantan and Kerabu Taugeh Bercili.
At the soup counter, chefs´ recommendations include Soup Ekor Cendawan Hitam Bersuhun, Seafood Tom Yam Soup, Chicken Rawa Rassenm and Vandalia Cream Onion Soup.
