During the month of Ramadan, the culinary crew of Taman Sari Brasserie at Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur are getting the heat on for Buka Puasa.
The buffet table will be filled with exciting fresh from the oven Ramadan cookies and fascinating desserts spread. There will "warong" (action stalls) setup at the garden, serving over 150 dishes to delight an anticipating crowd for Buka Puasa.
For this year, Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur breaks fast with an extensive range of "kampong" and fusion style in their menu.
An array of signature dishes awaits diners from Authentic Chinese-styled ´Yong Tau Foo´, ´Roti John´, the famous North Indian Naan Bread and Tandoor; Chicken Rice, and deliciously thirst-quenching ´ABC Special´.
