De Palma Hotel Ampang, bring a touch of heritage for the month of Ramadan at their Buka Puasa Buffet.
Savour the distinct kampong cooking from daging salai, masakan tempoyak, telur itik masak lemak, rending daging, siput sendut, masak lemak cili api, curry fish head and many more.
Offering live cooking of the ever favourite Kambing Bakar, Udang Berempah, Masakan Pantai Timur, Laksa and Mee Rebus Utara, Ayam Panggang, Char Kway Teow, Mee Goreng and Kak Yah Goreng-Goreng with array of banana fritters, yam, sweet potato, cucur kodok, cucur udang , just to name a few.
A spread of appertizers from ulam-ulam, variety of sambal, rojak buah-buahan, nasi impit with peanut sauce, lemang and special daily soups to savour with.
Lots of sweet desserts from local Malay Kuih, puddings, assorted pastries, kurma, bubur kacang, pengat pisang, to local fruits. There is also the Beverage Corner offering different types of beverages from hot to cold such as Hot teh tarik, Nescafe, Air Tebu, Air Laici, Air Cincau and more.
The buffet is priced at RM75.00 nett for adults and RM39.00 net for children below 12 years. Buffet starts from 6.30 pm - 10.30 pm daily.
Diners may also perform prayers including Tarawikh at Surau Nurul Hikmah which can accommodate 300 guests and it will lead by a Tahfiz Imam.
De Palma Hotel Ampang keeps the tradition of distributing Bubur Lambuk to guests daily at the hotel compound from 4.30 pm - 6.00 pm for the month of Ramadan.
De Palma Hotel Ampang offers special early bird package as well as special rates for those "entertaining" Anak-Anak Yatim during the first 10 days of Ramadan.
Take advantage of their special room rates during the month of Ramadan, including special rate for the last 10 days of Ramadan for performing the Qiyamullail.
