Swoon over delicious aromas coming from dishes such as Brodetto (Italian Mixed Seafood Stew), Kuzu Yahnisi (Lamb Ragout with Shallots), Kolkas (Meat with Taro), Garithes Yiouvetsi (Greek Baked Prawns with Feta), Egyptian Rice with Lentil, Samke Harrah Al-Sahara (Baked Fish with Hot Chili Sauce), Risotto Ala Milanese and Izmir Koftesi (Lamb Meatballs in Tomato Sauce).

The Mediterranean & Pasta Affair at Maya Brasserie is available for lunch (except weekends and Public Holidays) and priced at RM 78 per person.
In conjunction with Father´s Day, Maya Brasserie offers a chance to celebrate and pamper fathers with an afternoon of delicious food and celebration. The Father´s Day Hi-Tea buffet (12.00 noon to 4 pm) will be on 17 June 2012 is priced at RM 75 per person.
All prices are subject to 10% service charge & 6% government tax.
Maya Brasserie is located at Level 1 of Hotel Maya and seats 100 persons. There is a semi-private dining room tucked in the premises of the outlet. The restaurant is open daily from 6.30 am to 12.00 am.
