This Ramadan, diners can feast on wholesome kampung fare at Palm Terrace Coffeehouse of Holiday Villa Hotel & Suites, Subang.
The theme of the buffet is Dimasak dengan penuh kasih sayang (cooked with love).
All dishes are cooked home styled featuring authentic kampung dishes.
A wide The spread of traditional and speciality kampung-style dishes are bound to tantalise your taste buds after a long day of fasting.
The highlights of the buffet line include butter chicken massala, gulai lemak ayam dengan rebung, rendang udang daun kunyit, daging dendeng berjintan, gulai lemak ikan duri, stir fried butter prawn, ikan bawal masak tomato, green curry mutton and many more.
Dishes from Thailand, Japan, India, China and the West are also available. These include mouth-watering delights such as minced beef soup with bamboo shoots, Thai tom yam, tandoori and kebab, grilled fresh water fish, stuffed whole lamb briyani with Middle Eastern condiments, chicken shawarma (Arab-style chicken sandwich), fried quail, Indian roti and curry fish head.
The desserts include fresh fruits platter, water chestnut in coconut ice syrup, sweet potato in ginger syrup, assortment of steamed glutinous rice with mango or durian, and assorted cakes and pastries.
The Ramadan buffet Palm Terrace Coffeehouse is priced at RM73 per adult and RM55 per child. On the first five days and the last three days of Ramadan, a 50 per cent discount will be given.
There will also be a Ramadan bazaar offering knick-knacks, cookies, clothes, household items and lots more.
Throughout the holy month, an imam will conduct terawih prayers at the in-house surau.
Sahur buffet is available from 12am to 5am priced at RM42++ per person.
