A variety of food will be prepared such as roasted lamb kuzi, chicken briyani rice, asam pedas seafood, gulai tulang rawan, gulai kambing, char kuay teow, asam laksa, hainanese chicken, grilled madras chicken, ketupat, lemang, nasi impit and many more.
At another buffet setting, a variety of main dishes will be prepared such as the tasty Prawn Fried with Fresh Turmeric, Lamb Parathal, Beef Dendeng, Fried Chicken with Herbs, Pineapple Fried Rice, Kailan Thai Style and Pucuk Manis Masak Lemak. All the main dishes vary every day during the buffet promotion.
To finish the meal, a fine selection of desserts will be prepared, from tasty pancakes and waffles with ice-cream to fresh fruits.
The Centre will have a designated prayer room and an iman on site during the promotion and a section set aside for wuduk (ablutions).
